I use a programme called Irfanview to edit photos.� Download it free of charge from www.irfanview.com.� Best of all, it's not a Microsoft product!

Pictures need to be compressed so that they do not take ages to download.� I used 10% on Microsoft Photo Editor (unfortunately different photo editors mean different things by 10%).� The file should not be bigger than 100Kb.� Attach the file, use the auto picture inclusion icon on the tool bar, then click on the file - you will then be able to resize it.
